Q1: What are the operating hours for the Mill and Office?

A1: The Mill and Office are open on weekdays from 7:30am to 5:00pm. Closed on     Weekends.

Q2: What is the average processing time for orders?

A2: In stock moulding orders have a turn around period of 2 working days, Custom machined orders have a turn around period of  3 - 5 working days from the time of the order being placed. 

Q3: Do we supply a free measure and quotes service?

A3: Yes, our sales representatives with arrange a time to meet with you and discuss yours needs as well as a free measure and quotes service.

Q4: What are the delivery charges for local and country areas?

A4: Delivery charges are based on $25.00 to metropolitan areas and free delivery to  designated transport depots for the country customers.  The Metropolitan areas are defined as North = Adelaide to Gawler,  East = Adelaide to Crafers and South = Adelaide to Aldinga. All Other areas of delivery P.O.A.

Q5: What species of timber are the in-stock mouldings available in?

A5: Most of the in-stock mouldings come in Meranti, Pine & MDF.  A small amount of Western Red Cedar and Oak moulding are also available in stock.

Q6: What methods of payment are accepted?

A6: Payment method accepted are: Visa,  Mastercard,  Bankcard,  Efptos, Personal / Company Cheques and Credit Card transactions over the phone.

Q7: Does MBTimber supply a catalogue of their moulding profiles?

A7: Yes, The catalogue can be mailed to you or picked up from the order office and also can be viewed on this Website.
